• Reporting to the Head of B2C Partners, responsible for driving the company’s sales and business development activities across CIS and Asian markets • Maximize current sales, identify new business opportunities, define optimal go-to-market models per country, and negotiate commercial agreements with local partners • Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies for the assigned territories • Manage key partners through regular commercial visits and business reviews • Analyze, negotiate, close and manage new commercial agreements
• 5+ years of experience as a Business / Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry • Solid experience in international sales, distribution and partner management • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Chemistry, Engineering or similar (MBA or Business Master valued) • Fluent English and Spanish are required; Russian is a plus • Willingness to travel up to 40%
