📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle medical billing, including claim submissions, follow-ups, denials, and appeals • Review and process NOAs (Notices of Admission) for accuracy and compliance • Perform home health agency billing according to payer guidelines • Use ALORA for billing, documentation, and tracking • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits • Ensure claims are accurate, complete, and compliant before submission • Meet the daily KPI of 45 claim follow-ups • Upload, track, and organize Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation • Assist with administrative overflow and operational tasks • Provide executive support for smooth day-to-day operations • Answer and manage calls using Nextiva VoIP • Respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly • Provide receptionist-level support when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management • Hands-on experience with home health billing and NOA review • Familiarity with ALORA software is a strong advantage • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities • Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality • Clear English communication, written and spoken • Relevant experience in healthcare billing/administration • Willingness to provide NBI or Police Clearance if requested • Fully available during working hours with no other clients • Comfortable attending video meetings with camera on • Reliable computer, laptop or desktop • High-speed internet, minimum 15 Mbps • Noise-canceling headset • Webcam • Quiet, professional workspace • Experience with ALORA, eClinicalWorks (ECW), AdvancedMD, DrChrono, WebPT, Fair Bill, Elation, TheraBill, and Nextiva VoIP is preferred
