📋 Description

• Source IT candidates daily for at least 3 job requirements • Find candidates (using Boolean strings) from the sales platform and load them into recruiting CRM on a daily basis • Email candidates (based upon skillset) using the provided email templates • Call at least 60 candidates daily to check on their interest, availability, and other details. • Work under the guidance of a Sr recruiter and help them as needed. • Data Entry into Candidate ATS • Create job descriptions in ATS • Schedule interviews and remind candidates about interviews. • Maintain submission records and follow up with clients to schedule interviews
