📋 Description
• Conduct both on-site and virtual training for local companies • Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions • Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions • Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved • Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry • Ability to provide attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in all duties • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work individually or as part of a team • Able to work in a fast paced/constantly changing work environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
