📋 Description

• Reporting directly to Charles, Wiremind’s CTO and co-founder, you will be a highly hands-on technical leader responsible for both the architecture and a significant portion of the most complex development work. • You will spend approximately 70% of your time as an individual contributor (writing code, tackling critical technical challenges, and setting the quality bar) and around 30% on coordination, mentoring, and bridging product, engineering, and leadership teams. • Define and maintain a global architecture vision (frontend + backend). • Ensure technical quality, performance, and maintainability. • Own and deliver the most complex and critical parts of the codebase (frontend & backend). • Support and coach existing developers to grow their skills and autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong track record as an individual contributor on complex products. • Strong full-stack background with a backend-first mindset (Python), and fully comfortable owning frontend work (Next.js or equivalent). • Good communication skills; able to collaborate with Product and align technical decisions with business priorities — without spending the majority of your time in meetings. • Bonus: experience in SaaS, event technology, or working on complex interfaces and operations-heavy B2B2C products. • Native or fluent level of French.
