📋 Description

• Join a cross-functional team working on connected products like wearables and smart sensors. • Focus on BLE-based mobile development using Flutter, iOS, Android, or a mix. • Take ownership of the mobile part of the project. • Work closely with firmware and backend engineers. • Design and implement BLE communication flows. • Debug real-world device interactions. • Contribute to architecture and technical decisions. • Communicate directly with the client, without layers of management. • Build solid, collaborative relationships with clients and team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer • Strong hands-on experience with BLE communication • Proficiency in Flutter and at least one native platform (iOS – Swift or Android – Kotlin) • Experience working with connected products, including device pairing and real-time data streaming • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Comfortable working in short sprints (1–2 weeks) in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills with both teammates and clients • English proficiency at B2+ level or higher • Focus on product quality and user experience • Nice to have: Experience working with firmware teams • Exposure to medical devices or regulated environments • Knowledge of testing strategies for BLE flows • Experience with OTA updates or provisioning flows
