📋 Description

• Serve as a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA • Summarize and communicate legal concepts and risks meaningfully to business teams • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal agreements • Advise colleagues on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity • Understand customer and internal-client perspectives to solve problems and address issues • Triage heavy workflows, set priorities with internal clients, and deliver results efficiently • Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes • Manage agreements in compliance with company policies and risk tolerance

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe with a demonstrated record of success as a lawyer • 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company • Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs • Strong communication skills in English AND either French or German, both written and verbal • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship • Deep knowledge of data privacy and hands-on experience handling data privacy-related questions when negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) [preferred] • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems [preferred] • Ability to work independently and as a highly collaborative team member [preferred]
