📋 Description

• Lead-level backend ownership • Make architecture decisions independently • Design systems with long-term scalability in mind • Implement backend solutions using NestJS and TypeScript • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs across a microservices environment • Own database design, optimization, and reliability in Postgres • Set and enforce quality standards across code • Translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical solutions • Contribute to system design, infrastructure decisions, and testing strategy

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience in software development • At least 2 years of experience in Nest.js • At least 2 years of work experience with databases • At least 2 years of work experience with Postgres/GraphQL/TypeOrm • At least 3 years of experience with Node.js • At least 3 years of work experience with Typescript • Strong experience as a tech lead or in a similar role • Strong with AI tools in software engineering workflows
