📋 Description
• Design multi-step reasoning pipelines and connect them to business systems • Harden AI agents for scale, safety, and maintainability • Help enterprise customers launch conversational agents that solve problems, take actions, and comply with policies • Lead agent design and delivery • Integrate tools and data • Implement LLM orchestration and planning • Continuously optimize agents • Own the full agent development lifecycle from scoping through monitoring and iterative tuning • Build production-grade, tool-augmented AI agents • Work on multi-model orchestration, agentic reasoning loops, and enterprise-grade AI systems • Collaborate with engineers • Influence technical decisions and contribute to AI engineering best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills • English B2 Advanced or C1 • 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments • Experience with TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python • Strong API design, testing, and debugging habits • Hands-on LLM experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, or fine-tuned open-source models • Prompt engineering, function/tool calling, model selection, and model evaluation • Experience designing RAG embedding pipelines and semantic search using Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar tools • Agent orchestration expertise with LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks • ML/DevOps literacy including containerization, CI/CD, GPU/AI infrastructure, caching, and automated evaluations for nondeterministic systems • Experience enforcing security guardrails and PII protection in user-facing AI products
