⢠3+ years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations ⢠Proven experience building or optimizing CRM processes ⢠Deep understanding of customer journeys and sales processes ⢠Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality ⢠Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach ⢠Experience with CRM, automation and reporting tools ⢠Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and clear communication ⢠Fluent German and very good English
