📋 Description

• Conduct 1:1 sales calls with existing clients • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Advise on advanced coaching and mentoring programs • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Document and maintain records in the CRM • Work closely with Customer Success & Sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in closing or account management • Ability to identify and develop customer needs over the long term • Strong communication skills and empathy • Proven closing ability without high-pressure selling • Structured working style and sense of ownership • Very good command of German
