📋 Description

• Supervises performance of title insurance sales and growth within a region. • Focuses on growing the business, identifying prospects, teams, and talent. • Supervises and mentors sales associates and support staff; conducts performance reviews and training. • Addresses client concerns and questions, mediating and resolving title issues with Operational Staff. • Monitors budgets, tracks expenses, and prepares operational and financial reports. • Develops and implements regional strategies to meet sales and profitability goals. • Works with Westcor leadership, marketing, and other departments to build and grow client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–10+ years in title insurance sales, emphasis in leadership and networking in National Commercial Circles • Thorough understanding of title insurance processes, national closing procedures, and commercial real estate transactions. • Strong managerial and title skills, with the ability to lead in a high-pressure environment • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to analyze title processes, identify trends based on current market conditions.
