• Support and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sector • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments and visits • Active selling of the product range • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes • Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis • Support sales and customer events • Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 analysis tool) • Responsibility for sales and profitability • Participation in WM workshop trade shows
• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector • Field sales experience within the automotive industry • Understanding of market and customer needs • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor • Good written and spoken German • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills • Confident use of MS Office applications • Driving license class B (formerly Class 3)
