• Service- and technically-oriented consulting and support of an existing regional customer base, as well as acquisition of new customers • Installation and demonstration of the company’s workshop programs/workshop software at customer sites • Sales of commercial merchandise management systems (ERP) and vehicle-specific parts catalogs • Independent planning and execution of customer appointments • Creation of user guides and documentation • Maintenance of existing customer records in the software • Training of employees and customers • Participation in WM workshop trade shows
• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector or in IT • Several years of professional experience in automotive parts wholesale with customer contact is an advantage • Excellent product-range knowledge and an understanding of market and customer needs • Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills • Strong interest in information technologies and technical interrelationships • Good German language skills, both spoken and written • Confident use of MS Office applications • Driving licence class B (or class 3)
