• Assume the leadership role for a dynamic sales team • Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets • Ensure a first-class customer service experience through proactive engagement and rapid problem resolution • Maintain customer relationships • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs • Plan, organize and execute sales events to enhance customer retention and acquisition • Responsible for budgeting and implementing cost-efficiency measures to maximize profitability • Contribute creatively to marketing initiatives and sales concepts for customer retention and acquisition • Ensure compliance with regulations and optimize sales center workflows • Promote a culture of continuous development and team cohesion • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the competitive environment
• Completed commercial and/or technical training • Industry knowledge and leadership experience are an advantage • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor • Proficient in MS Office applications • Good written and spoken German • Class B driver’s license (formerly Class 3)
