📋 Description
• Handle legal matters and projects in traditional labor law • Act as Company representative during collective bargaining • Provide legal advice on NLRA issues and collective bargaining agreements • Conduct risk assessments • Manage outside counsel activities
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctorate (accredited) • Six (6) years of relevant work experience in collective bargaining and NLRA matters. • State Bar Licensure • Must live and work in the U.S. • Travel requirement – Minimum of 50%
