📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day execution of monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close activities • Coordinate team priorities, establish clear ownership and accountability, and monitor the timely completion of close-related activities • Review complex accounting analyses, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules prepared by team members • Analyze financial results and reconciliation differences • Manage key corporate accounting processes, including cash, intercompany, fixed assets, and other assigned accounting areas • Research accounting matters and document accounting treatments for acquisitions and other transactions • Review and maintain S/4-to-HFM mapping tables, identify and communicate mapping issues

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Masters’s of Accounting a plus • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role • Financial Shared services and/or outsourcing experience a plus • 10 K schedule support experience • Fixed Asset and Lease accounting experience • Experience with Intercompany accounting, consolidations, and Foreign currency translations • Large, multinational company experience a plus • Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance • Strong leader with experience managing a team of accountants
