📋 Description

• Own defined product initiatives through execution and delivery • Learn product domains quickly and work with customers and business stakeholders to capture requirements context • Define MVP scope and sequence subsequent releases • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and development specifications • Build full, high-fidelity prototypes aligned with the real product • Lead day-to-day delivery with developers and update stakeholders on progress, blockers, and risks • Build, prioritize, and maintain sprint-ready backlogs • Support testing, demos, and defect tracking • Use AI tooling across product execution workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner writing requirements and supporting delivery teams • Experience across multiple domains, or a strong vertical software background, with a track record of getting up to speed in a new domain fast • Fluent in Portuguese and advanced/professional English (required) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Skilled at defining MVPs and prioritizing backlogs against customer value and delivery constraints • Proven ability to run multiple projects, teams, and backlogs at the same time without dropping quality • Genuine interest and comfort using AI tooling in your daily workflow • Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban frameworks and judgment to apply the right one • Confident leading meetings with developers, customers, and business stakeholders • Strong communication through clear written requirements and high-fidelity prototypes • Highly organized and delivery-focused, comfortable in industries with regulatory or operational complexity
