• Lead/support actuarial aspects of merger integration (data, models, assumptions, reporting alignment) • Drive AI and automation initiatives to modernize actuarial workflows • Oversee actuarial data (50–60%) and model frameworks (30%) across legacy systems • Ensure continuity of U.S. statutory valuation and regulatory deliverables • Partner with U.S. actuarial, IT, and data teams on integration and transformation • Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications for merger workstreams (10–20% PM focus)
• 15+ years actuarial experience in Life & Annuity insurance • Prior merger / integration experience (at least 1 merger or ~2 years involvement) • Strong expertise in: • Actuarial data management and governance (primary focus) • Life actuarial models (AXIS / Prophet or similar) • Project management experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python • Experience in U.S. actuarial environment (highly preferred) • Exposure to statutory valuation (PBR, VM-31, AG53/AG55) • Experience in model conversions, system integration, or transformation initiatives • Generative AI / Copilot tools • Automation of actuarial processes
