• Work towards meeting all Finance and Operations measures. • Manage end to end F&A processes for defined projects and assigned territories. • Manage external and internal customer expectations. • Delivers on promises to clients, even if unrelated to SLA’s. • Delivers processes as per client SLA’s. • Actively reacts to CSAT comments and recommends the solutions to exceed client’s expectations. • Manage attrition (keep below target). • Mentoring direct reports in terms of their day-to-day tasks and career path (incl. defining their development needs). • Promotes rewards and recognition programs linked to values and specific business objectives. • Invests in opportunities to better serve clients and delivering solutions, not just meeting SLA’s.
