• Coordinate and track strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFx events, negotiations, and renewals, from initiation through completion • Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items across the sourcing pipeline • Own the PMO operating cadence and prepare materials for weekly pipeline reviews, monthly sourcing forums, and finance/sourcing deal reviews • Track forum outcomes, maintain governance standards, and ensure consistent intake-to-execution workflows • Coordinate across Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Finance, Legal, and internal business owners • Maintain stakeholder alignment on status, risks, blockers, and next steps • Track spend and savings-to-budget across initiatives and reconcile committed versus realized savings • Support quarterly and annual reporting of procurement value delivered • Identify and implement sourcing and PMO process improvements • Standardize templates and playbooks and reduce cycle time and manual effort • Administer and optimize procurement/sourcing systems and intake-to-pay workflows • Ensure data integrity and drive adoption of e-sourcing, contract, and intake/orchestration tools • Support supplier onboarding, contract renewals, and the broader contract lifecycle • Track key dates, obligations, and approvals with Sourcing and Legal • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting covering pipeline coverage, savings, cycle time, and on-time execution • Provide Procurement leadership with visibility into performance and trends
• 1–2 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or PMO areas • Analytical rigor: ability to structure ambiguous problems, work with data, and turn numbers into actionable insight • Project management skills; highly organized and able to run multiple workstreams simultaneously with clear ownership and on-schedule delivery • Concise and credible communication, tailored to sourcing partners, business owners, and leadership • Stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust and drive alignment across teams without direct authority • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, process consistency, and reliable reporting • Bias for improvement and ability to streamline processes, standardize tooling, and scale the PMO function
