📋 Description

• Liaise with cross functional teams and Subject Matter Experts including operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, and Human Resources to create and design solutions for prospective and existing clients • Develop RFP/RFI responses that articulate WNS's value proposition and credentials against client requirements across geographies with Procurement offerings • Develop marketing collateral including case studies, competency documents, brochures, and corporate and domain-specific presentations • Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI process for allocated deals in Industry Verticals with the Procurement practice • Identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain and build solution frameworks • Drive greater farming penetration through proactive solution development for prospective opportunities • Participate in special and strategic projects • Work toward allocated revenue targets • Coordinate and lead client visits and company facility tours

🎯 Requirements

• Post Graduate/Graduate qualification • Minimum 6+ years of working experience • At least 3+ years of experience in a Solutions role • Deep understanding of business processes and an off-shore business environment • Proven client management skills • Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task • Analytical mindset - ability to understand customer requirements in a service industry and provide appropriate solution • Co-ordination and program management skills to interface with various stakeholders • Excellent written communication skills • Strong Domain Expertise across Sourcing, Contracting and Transactional Procurement
