• Active acquisition of clinics by phone and email • Sending capacity and information emails to clinics and discharge management departments • Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with clinics • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings • Assisting with the organization of new admissions • Maintaining and documenting contacts (e.g., in the CRM system) • Assisting in the creation and distribution of promotional materials
• Ideally experience in proactive customer outreach / acquisition / sales • Strong ability to build relationships, open doors and maintain contacts long-term • Comfortable making phone calls — including cold calls • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organized work style and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Confident with email applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage • Formal qualifications are not required — a nursing qualification is welcome but not essential • Key qualities are sales strength, self-motivation and an understanding of the healthcare sector
