• Providing clear and timely support by proactively responding to merchant partner inquiries; • Educating partners with best practices and long-term solutions to reduce recurring issues; • Reporting system issues or process gaps and contributing to their resolution; • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and support process and tool development;
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in local language and English is a must • Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new tools • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a strong advantage • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong attention to detail • Structured and service-oriented mindset • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and motivation to improve processes continuously
