📋 Description

• Execute high-conversion experiences, full customer journey redesigns, and high-performance growth creative • Deliver work in close collaboration with the VP of Design • Uphold WON’s clean, premium, behavior-driven, detail-obsessed, fast-shipping design standard • Adopt AI-native design systems, including Claude Design and Figma MCP • Create automated assets using Figma component libraries • Contribute to expanding WON’s design agents and workflows • Design high-conversion ecommerce sites and landing pages • Design acquisition landing flows, onboarding, collection architecture, PDP storytelling, cart and checkout, retention, and member UX • Design growth creative including paid social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, product education, bundles, upsells, and offer frameworks • Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems • Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for repeatable systems or agents • Present work supported by session replays, cohort behavior, and voice of customer • Improve conversion, AOV, and funnel progression through design decisions • Ship high-quality design quickly and reduce manual production work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house • Strong ecommerce / DTC experience • Portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven • Mastery in Figma • Strong typography instincts • Ability to articulate why a design decision is right • Comfortable being measured by impact, not just output • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP, or genuine interest in building them into your workflow • English resume required • Portfolio / work samples required • Must be based in an eligible listed location • English proficiency required in the application form
