• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex sales environments • Experience in business-to-government (B2G) sales, public sector partnerships, or government policy • Deep understanding of procurement processes, RFP cycles, and legislative dynamics • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align value propositions with political and programmatic priorities • Experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles • For leadership roles: experience building, coaching, and scaling sales teams • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity • Strong CRM discipline and forecasting capability
