• You enjoy serving as the central interface between clients and the team • Operational account management, strategic consulting and the ongoing development of assigned clients • Coordination of projects in digital campaigning, social media, new branding, e‑commerce, websites, CRM and media • Manage resources and budgets reliably while ensuring quality, timing and controlling • Independently prepare and deliver client presentations and workshops • Work independently and responsibly as part of an interdisciplinary project team (Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Performance, Development and clients)
• You hold a degree in business or communications (or a comparable qualification) with at least 5 years of professional experience in account management • You have agency experience, ideally with an online focus, as an account or project manager or in a comparable role • Client and market understanding gained through experience in client servicing, coordinating online projects and running campaigns • Broad professional/project experience across various types of projects in areas such as (digital) campaigns, social media and content creator marketing • Open to new and innovative projects involving emerging technologies (AI and related technologies) • You think strategically and enjoy advising your clients • Excellent and efficient time management with a high standard of quality • You work independently and take responsibility, with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude and a hands‑on mentality • You have very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
