📋 Description

• You proactively and continuously seek out new customers, convince them of our platform and packaging optimization opportunities, and close the best deals. • You are the point of contact for our most important prospects. • You analyze the specific needs of potential customers, develop tailored plans, and drive projects through to completion. • You come up with creative new approaches to consistently increase closed deals and share these ideas with the team. • You ensure internal (Procurement, SCM, Packaging) and external stakeholders work together effectively, placing high value on first-class stakeholder management. • You build relationships with decision-makers—from initial contact through contract signing—and know when to push and when to wait. • You represent Packmatic externally and present confidently to buyers and executive management of your clients.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a sales professional: With at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, as an Account Executive, or in Account Management—ideally in industry (e.g., Manufacturing, Packaging, Printing/Production, or similar)—you know how to close the best deals. • You get things done without fuss. Whether that means picking up the phone yourself, visiting a customer on site, or finishing a proposal at midnight—you follow through. • You comfortably manage a double-digit number of projects simultaneously while maintaining oversight. • You communicate excellently in German and English and can convince both procurement teams and executive leadership. • You enjoy analyzing market and customer data to make smart decisions. • Travel is not an issue and you regularly visit customers on site as needed and by agreement. You will come to the Berlin office approximately every 2 months.
