• Inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals • Manage schedules, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes • Communicate project information effectively to stakeholders • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle • Analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions
🎯 Requirements
• Lead projects and mentor Project Coordinators • Accountable for project results and artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality) • Lead project meetings and reviews • Manage project gates and deliverables • Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Experience with tools such as Planisware, Jira
