• Native-speaking teacher of the target language • Good German language skills, at least B1 level • At least four years of professional experience in adult education • Proof of freelance status • Ability to work independently • Reliability and prompt communication • Good computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel • Reliable, high-performance computer • Fast internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds • Headset with microphone • Experience in online teaching • Ability to conduct Microsoft Teams webinars with a video camera
