• Gestionar leads para maximizar conversiones. • Realizar asesorías personalizadas por WhatsApp, llamadas, email y reuniones virtuales/presenciales. • Explicar beneficios de los programas, resolver dudas y cerrar ventas. • Mantener seguimiento constante hasta la matrícula final. • Documentar y reportar métricas de avance y productividad en CRM. • Participar en ferias, webinars y actividades de captación. • Alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas diarios, semanales y mensuales.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia en ventas de productos intangibles (planes, seguros, banco, telecomunicaciones, créditos, call center) • Experiencia en tickets altos y manejo de leads fríos. • Habilidad para persuadir y negociar, generando confianza en el cliente. • Iniciativa y proactividad, con enfoque en resultados y resiliencia frente a la presión. • Interés en el sector educativo y comprensión del impacto del trabajo. • Deseable: Experiencia internacional o con clientes extranjeros. • Conocimiento de Inglés. • Conocimiento básico de redes sociales y marketing digital.
