âą Handle the administrative steps of the employee lifecycle across four locations âą Work through a high-volume HR help desk queue âą Draft and publish clear information for staff about HR services âą Keep records and requests moving in HR systems and on SharePoint âą Suggest practical improvements to office procedures and resource use âą Support HR staff services for a multinational defence organisation remotely
đŻ Requirements
âą At least two years of administrative work in a large organisation, ideally in HR âą Confident use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word âą Solid SharePoint experience âą Hands-on use of HR systems such as Oracle EBS, Taleo or a similar ATS, and HR ticketing tools âą Experience in an HR help desk environment âą Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills âą Habit of taking initiative âą Security clearance for the NATO assignment is indicated in the job title
