• Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks; • Craft and send recruiting emails; • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search); • Develop talent pipelines; • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks; • Promote our employer brand online and offline; • Maintain candidate databases; • Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels; • Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process; • Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization; • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
• 1-4 years of experience. • Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.). • Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. • Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting company • High attention to details • Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • B2+ English. • Available to work at least 4 hours per day.
