📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support and infrastructure expertise for US-based MSP clients • Handle escalations from Level 2 engineers • Perform advanced Azure tasks: resource setup, policies, security, scripting, automation • Support enterprise networking: firewalls, routing, VPNs, VoIP optimization • Mentor Level 1–2 engineers, ensuring best practices • Document escalations, infrastructure changes, and project work • Contribute to migrations and enterprise initiatives • Work CST coverage (noon–8pm weekdays; one weekend day)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise • Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation) • Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting) • Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 • Excellent English for client-facing support • Bonus: Mac support, ConnectWise/Datto familiarity
