📋 Description
• Join sales and discovery conversations with CIOs, IT leaders, and enterprise stakeholders in Microsoft-first environments. • Advise on Microsoft AI ecosystem strategy, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint. • Support Copilot activation sprint scoping and provide oversight on delivery approach, technical feasibility, and adoption planning. • Guide the design of agentic workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem using tools such as Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, and Azure AI Foundry. • Review client proposals and recommendations to ensure they are realistic, enterprise-ready, and aligned with Microsoft platform capabilities. • Provide guidance on governance, compliance, security, and change management for large-scale Microsoft AI deployments. • Support Xenon7 in Microsoft partnership conversations and help strengthen credibility with Microsoft field teams and partner channels. • Contribute to thought leadership through Microsoft-focused content, executive insights, conference participation, and speaking opportunities such as Microsoft community events or Ignite-related activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, or a related field with a strong technology focus. PhD preferred; Master’s degree also considered. • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint in enterprise environments. • Strong experience designing or deploying agentic workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools such as Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, or similar. • Strong understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, security, and change management in large Microsoft deployments. • Ability to advise senior stakeholders, including CIOs, IT leaders, digital workplace leaders, and enterprise transformation teams. • Strong architectural judgment and practical understanding of what is scalable, adoptable, and realistic in Microsoft-centered enterprise environments. • Excellent English communication skills. • Bonus: former Microsoft employee, Microsoft MVP designation, or strong experience within a Microsoft SI or partner ecosystem. • Bonus: experience supporting enterprise Copilot adoption, licensing activation, usage expansion, and business-value realization programs.
