📋 Description

• Design intuitive and visually polished user experiences for web and mobile applications. • Create high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma. • Collaborate closely with the founder to translate business goals into user-centered experiences. • Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design quality throughout development. • Improve existing user flows across the marketplace, including product discovery, rentals, checkout, user onboarding, and account management. • Design new experiences for marketplace operations, including garment care workflows, notifications, and lender management. • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. • Conduct UX research when needed and continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and business priorities. • Advocate for usability, accessibility, consistency, and modern design best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design for digital products. • Advanced proficiency with **Figma**, including components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff. • Proven experience designing responsive web applications and mobile-first experiences. • **Previous experience designing products within the Fashion Retail industry is required.** • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design. • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems. • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. • Experience working directly with founders, product teams, or non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions. • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating premium user experiences. • Nice to Have • Experience designing **fashion e-commerce** or marketplace platforms. • Portfolio showcasing work for Fashion Retail brands or luxury consumer products. • Experience designing mobile applications. • Familiarity with marketplace user journeys, checkout optimization, and conversion-focused UX. • Understanding of modern frontend development workflows and developer handoff best practices. • Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.
