• Experiencia previa en real estate o mortgage (indispensable). • Track record comprobable en cold calling y outreach comercial B2B. • Bilingüe inglés/español, con inglés de acento neutro y comunicación verbal sólida. • Manejo de Google Sheets y/o CRM (deseable). • Perfil autónomo, organizado y proactivo.
