📋 Description

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to final UI • Incorporate AI and AI tools naturally into workflows where they improve clarity and speed • Translate research, customer insights, and strategy into clear interaction patterns • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to support fast decision cycles • Work closely with product managers and engineers in rapid, iterative development • Contribute to and extend our design system to ensure consistency and scalability • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions • Communicate design rationale clearly to keep teams aligned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience for SaaS or enterprise software • Experience designing or working with AI-enhanced tools or familiarity with modern AI patterns • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth, interaction thinking, and polished visual design; at least one recent project or case study you can walk us through where you had a major contribution or ownership of it. • Fluency with Figma and rapid prototyping • Ability to simplify complex systems and reason clearly about design choices • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to move quickly when needed
