📋 Description

• Design and architect microservices-based applications and modern React front-end solutions • Work with product management and business stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver enhancements and new capabilities • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, cloud-native architectures, containerization, and modern React and .NET technologies • Promote best practices, continuous improvement, code quality, innovation, and user experience enhancements • Contribute to solution design, estimates, feature roadmaps, and strategic technology initiatives • Recommend and implement modern technology solutions for business requirements and challenges • Perform code reviews and enforce development standards through peer reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance practices • Mentor junior developers in application design, coding, testing, configuration, deployment, and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline • 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience using React and .NET C# • Strong expertise in React and C#/.NET Core development for high-volume, low-latency applications and services • Expert knowledge of microservices, micro frontends, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns, APIs, and event-driven architecture design and implementation • Strong front-end development experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL • Strong understanding of software design principles related to security, scalability, performance, and reliability • Experience working in Agile software development environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies • Experience collaborating with product management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and communicate technical designs and solutions • Experience building cloud-based solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure environments • Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and emerging industry trends • Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English or above is required • Preferred: experience developing enterprise-scale platforms, business applications, or data-driven solutions • Preferred: experience working with highly regulated industries or environments where data quality, security, and compliance are important considerations
