📋 Description

• Database management: coordinating and independently testing database updates with service providers • Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities • Regular verification of disaster recovery processes • Monitoring & infrastructure: monitoring server farms, networks, and services using appropriate metrics • Configuring log events for system state analysis • Planning and executing infrastructure expansions and updates (with service providers) • Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation (approx. 1 week/month)

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL (Galera knowledge a plus) • Several years of experience in Linux system administration (AlmaLinux, Debian, Ubuntu) • Strong knowledge of monitoring and metric collection • Familiarity with concepts such as Infrastructure as Code and Zero Trust • Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills
