📋 Description

• Support delivery of contracted services to customers • Review discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements • Replicate standardized solution designs on the Workiva Platform • Interact with customers and contribute to standardized solution delivery • Develop knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform • Set up and install technical systems, applications, or process designs • Manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users • Test and troubleshoot installed systems • Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams • Provide client-experience feedback to product and professional services teams • Collaborate across teams and build internal working relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • 2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field • Knowledge of enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions and related technology platforms • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications • Familiarity with complex spreadsheet formulas or SQL is preferred • Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly • Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings • Required to undergo comprehensive security and privacy training tailored to the role
