• Act as a Financial Reporting subject matter expert for partners, positioning Workiva's value to executive stakeholders • Deliver live demos, solutioning workshops, and technical storytelling to showcase platform capabilities • Enable partners on complex use cases such as statutory, fund, and transfer pricing reporting • Identify and support new partner-led revenue streams across advisory and managed services • Develop scalable enablement assets, including demo scripts, guides, and playbooks • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create scalable enablement assets that accelerate pipeline and ensure alignment • Manage partner projects with a focus on measurable outcomes and increased partner confidence • Collaborate with Partner Sales and internal stakeholders to accelerate partner-sourced pipeline and identify new revenue opportunities across advisory, implementation, and managed services • Manage partner-facing projects with ownership and follow-through, bringing structure and momentum to ambiguous or evolving opportunities and ensuring that team efforts lead to measurable outcomes, including partner-sourced pipeline, stronger co-sell execution, and increased partner confidence
• 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Presales, Consulting, Partner Enablement, Technical Sales, or similar • Strong domain expertise in Financial Reporting, multi-entity reporting, statutory reporting, consolidation, country-by-country reporting, fund reporting, transfer pricing, or similarly complex reporting environments • Experience working in Big 4 or large advisory firms • Proven ability to sell to and influence stakeholders within the Office of the CFO • Strong project management skills and ability to drive progress across cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability in translating technical concepts into value-based software demonstrations • Knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle • Experience creating scalable, repeatable partner-facing content, including demo frameworks, certification materials, and guides • Strong domain expertise, curiosity, and commercial judgment, along with the ability to translate technical depth into partner-ready narratives, scalable enablement, and new revenue opportunities • Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative in ambiguous environments
