📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales support to sales teams in developing and presenting Workiva platform solutions • Provide technical subject matter expertise through technical and architecture presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based messaging • Develop example solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept • Engage customers, prospects, and partners by phone, web, or onsite meetings and drive discovery • Identify how Workiva solutions address customer and prospect needs • Support smooth customer onboarding and long-term success with Client Services • Build knowledge of industries, departments, and relevant use cases • Demonstrate solutions for Financial Reporting and Controls essentials • Develop use cases and use existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value • Conduct process assessments and build proofs of concept to validate requirements • Build and present customer-specific business cases • Potentially deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success • Assist Sales with account plans supporting Workiva strategies and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • 4+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, technical sales, or client-facing SaaS implementation • Fluency in both English and German • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions • Ability to present value-based, compelling software demonstrations • Willingness to travel up to 40% for team and corporate meetings • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely
