📋 Description

• Lead current-state assessments and gather requirements • Develop the Scope of Work and support RFP preparation • Coordinate evaluation criteria and manage supplier Q&A • Support negotiations and contract discussions • Analyze print environments and reduce costs • Monitor vendor performance and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of recent experience in procurement • Experience in RFX/RFP processes • Project management experience • Stakeholder consultation and facilitation experience • Experience managing IT infrastructure projects and/or healthcare/clinical projects • Managed Print Services knowledge • Print technology and leasing models understanding • Procurement and sourcing expertise • Vendor management skills • Contract negotiations experience • Change management experience • Business analysis skills • Executive reporting abilities • Strategic planning capabilities • Stakeholder management skills • Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
