📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Engineering and Product, and non-technical roles including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions • Use creative sourcing strategies, AI-powered search tools, and direct outreach to identify and engage high-quality and passive candidates across international markets • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey with timely communication, transparency, and a positive candidate experience • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and sourcing strategies • Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining hiring momentum • Monitor recruitment data and conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency • Promote diverse sourcing strategies and fair, consistent evaluation practices • Collaborate with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads • Work with Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams across Germany, Spain, Italy, and Egypt

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, ideally within EMEA • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing and screening through to offer management • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple high-priority vacancies simultaneously • Practical experience using ATS platforms, ideally Workable • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools such as ChatGPT or Claude • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to guide hiring managers toward timely decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build rapport across different cultures and markets • Meticulous attention to detail • Fluent English, written and spoken • Experience recruiting within HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record sectors is a bonus • Knowledge of EMEA labour market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first talent markets is a bonus • Experience with employer branding initiatives or virtual recruitment events is a bonus
