📋 Description

• Manage daily operations and corporate maintenance activities of WorkMotion’s global entities • Track and drive corporate compliance obligations, including license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, and corporate governance tasks • Help execute international expansion through entity setup and operating infrastructure management • Source, select, and manage external partners and providers in the local EOR infrastructure • Support project management for expansion, infrastructure improvement, special company, and strategic initiatives • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams • Serve as a point of contact for entity-related queries • Maintain and update documents, records, and data for accuracy and audit-readiness • Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews • Identify and solve inefficiencies, problems, and gaps in entity management systems and internal processes • Coordinate with external legal, corporate, compliance, and local infrastructure partners across jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or another relevant field • 2+ years of work experience in international operations, project management, entity set-up/maintenance, legal operations, or compliance management • Project management skills, including leading initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and managing timelines • Open-minded and organized work attitude, with flexibility across topics and tasks • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills • Comfortable working in high-paced dynamic environments • Proactive problem-solving ability • Strong attention to detail and documentation practices • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Experience in entity management, legal/paralegal work, or project coordination is a bonus • Familiarity with regulated environments, ideally FinTech, SaaS, or multinational operations is a bonus • Understanding of corporate governance, entity compliance, regulatory obligations, and operational risk management in a global context is a bonus • Experience working asynchronously in a remote-first or globally distributed environment is a bonus
