📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned countries, primarily the Nordics, throughout the employee lifecycle • Manage complex employment matters and act as a trusted contact for clients and employees • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations • Provide expert guidance, maintain country-specific processes, identify risks, and implement corrective actions • Resolve HR queries and support key employment events • Deliver practical, business-focused solutions and high-quality employee and client experiences • Improve, standardise, and optimise HR procedures across multiple entities and jurisdictions • Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners • Support reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and strategic projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role • Strong working knowledge of Nordics employment law and HR practices • Ability to advise and lead on employee lifecycle matters, compliance requirements, and employment-related risks • Ability to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives in a fast-paced international environment • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian (written and spoken) is a plus • Experience in an Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, payroll, or international HR environment is a bonus • Experience supporting multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions is a bonus • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement initiatives is a bonus • Additional European language skills and knowledge in Nordics employment law are bonuses
