📋 Description

• Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, workflows, and technical requirements. • Design, configure, and implement tailored solutions that address customer needs. • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements. • Build prototypes, integrations, workflows, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product capabilities. • Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities. • Analyze customer data and business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. • Drive successful project execution while balancing technical and business priorities. • Provide technical training and guidance to customer teams when required. • Travel and work onsite with customers as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience. • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++. • Experience working with APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English. • Willingness and ability to relocate to Shanghai for 3–6 months. • Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer. • Experience working with AI, machine learning, data platforms, or enterprise software solutions. • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience building customer-specific integrations and workflows. • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and automation tools. • Previous experience working with international teams and clients. • A passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting • A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background
