• Take ownership of the development process for Android applications using Java and Kotlin • Guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and conducting code reviews • Make architectural decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centric features • Optimize application performance
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of professional Android development experience, with a strong expertise in Java and Kotlin • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring development teams • In-depth understanding of Android SDK, design patterns, and mobile application architecture • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries • Strong proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration • Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication skills to relay technical concepts
