• Serve as first point of contact for customers and build meaningful relationships • Initiate contact with prospects and deliver strong first impressions • Develop client portfolios and act as a trusted advisor for cloud technology solutions • Identify business needs and match them with appropriate cloud offerings • Collaborate with internal Solution Specialists and Partner Managers to maximize sales • Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support revenue targets • Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and services ("Voice of the Customer") • Drive growth and deliver measurable value to clients through advanced cloud technology
• Fluency in Danish (C1+) • English proficiency (B2+) • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Passion for tech and digital transformation and a customer-first mindset • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 • Preferred: Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (Azure, Modern Workplace, BizApps)
